100% Natural Premium Pork Ribs
My ribs are “St Louis Style” cuts, as tender as you’ll find and lovingly prepared with a very lite dry-rub dusting, then cooked in a 3-hour slow-wood rotisserie. Smoked with apple, cherry, and other flavorful hardwoods.
100% Natural Chicken
100% natural chicken leg quarters, tenderly hand-rubbed with a sweet and slightly spicy mix, smoked low and slow.
100% USDA Choice Sirloin Tri Tip Steak
I use only 100% USDA Choice Sirloin Tri Tip and Sirloin Ball tip that is consistent in marbling and weight. Each cut sits at room temp before receiving a lite dusting of mixed spices, then slow cooked to a perfect medium rare in the most flavorful hardwoods.
